Israel was one of the few (5?) commissions at the hospital's mini-ethnic fair. Deb sold Dead Sea products and distributed tourism information.

Israel Spirit and Tikvah held a picnic at Deb's house in Cass County.

Northland Ethnic Festival

We were there, distributing tourism information and map, and writing names in Hebrew on Israeli flags.

Flower, Lawn & Garden Show

Deb served as a greeter in native dress at the Flower, Lawn and Garden Show at Bartle Hall.

4-H International Night

We sold ice cream sundaes, hummus plates and roses from Israel. Tikvah was a big hit with the 4-H attendees.

2007 Diplomatic Ball

We attended the EEC Diplomatic Ball, hosted by the Slavic commissions: Croatia, Czech Republic, Lithuania, Russia, Slovakia, Serbia and Ukraine. Israel received one of the outreach awards.
